One of the easiest places to start is to take notice of your social circle…not just who you spend time with, but who you let “in”.  Be it colleagues, family members or friends, everyone you interact with has energy to give and take. Understanding how this plays a role in YOUR energy, productivity and mood can greatly improve the quality of your relationships with others….and yourself!

She is well-known for her ability to turn proven neuroscience into practical tools for building awareness, bandwidth and resilience.   As a mom of two boys, survivor of divorce and depression, and someone who started her business as a single mom, Deb understands how unmanaged stress can make or break your approach and response to life’s ups and downs. It is her mission to help others pave the way for happiness amongst the chaos.
